1. Acceptance
Using this site constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Purpose of the site
This site presents our kennel and our upcoming litters. The information published is provided for informational purposes. A puppy's availability, price and the dates announced may change without notice: only a written agreement between the breeder and the adopting family is binding.
3. No online sales
No puppy can be reserved or purchased directly through this site. Every placement requires a prior conversation, a meeting, and the signing of an adoption contract. No payment is processed through this site.
4. Information about the animals
Breed, temperament and needs descriptions are general and do not replace a veterinarian's advice. Every dog is an individual: the temperament observed in a puppy is not a guarantee of its adult behaviour, which largely depends on its upbringing and living environment. The "hypoallergenic" quality mentioned for our breeds is not a medical guarantee.
5. Intellectual property
The text, layout and graphic elements of this site are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.
