We don't work on a first-come, first-served basis. After a conversation — email, phone or a visit — we place your family on the litter that suits you.
Matching happens around week five. We observe every puppy from birth: the one who climbs everywhere, the one who falls asleep on your lap, the one nothing seems to bother. That's what determines which puppy goes to which family — never the colour picked from a photo.
$400 deposit to confirm, applied to the total price. Refundable if the litter doesn't produce a puppy that suits you.
No, and that's on purpose. Matching is based on temperament observed over five weeks, not coat colour. A very forward puppy placed in a quiet home is a problem that shows up a few months later. We introduce you to the puppy or puppies that suit your household, and you decide from there.
Bichon Frisé and Coton de Tuléar shed very little, which helps many allergy-sensitive families. That said, it isn't a 100% guarantee — no breed truly is. If allergies are a concern for you, we strongly recommend a visit before reserving.
No. Every family picks up their puppy at the kennel. This lets us show you the right handling one last time, hand you the complete file, and see your puppy off in good conditions. We never ship through a carrier.
Age-appropriate vaccines, complete deworming, a microchip registered in your name, a veterinary exam in the days before pickup, the health record, CKC registration papers, a little starter food, and a small blanket that carries the scent of the litter.
Yes. A two-year guarantee against serious hereditary conditions, provided in writing when the contract is signed. It covers replacement or refund, your choice. We also give you the screening results for both parents.
They come back here, at any age, no judgment. It's written into the contract. A puppy we brought into the world never ends up in a shelter or a classified ad — we take them back ourselves, or find them a new home just as gentle as the first.
